Inspection & Tagging

INSPECTION & TAGGING

When you bring the fabric to us, your clothes are examined. The cleaner will look out for stains, colour variations and any damages. If there are any stains spotted, whether its ink, blood or nasty grease, they note it and tag it.

Sorted and Drycleaned

SORTED AND DRYCLEANED

The clothes are then colour separated and placed in the machine or hand dipped in MTO (mineral turpentine oil), submerged in industrial fabric solvents and soap oils. Later, it's spun in a perforated cylinder and the excess solvent is removed.

Dried

DRIED

Once the washing is over with, the fabric is dried, with the garments folded inside-out to prevent colour loss. Using this technique, it helps retain the color and texture of your garments.

Pressed and packed

PRESSED AND PACKED

For the final touch, your garments are meticulously ironed and steamed, packed with collar holders and bands to utmost perfection, making them look brand new.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services

1. Stain Removal Policy

The company does not utilize specific chemical treatments or specialized processes for stain removal. As the complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed, all items are processed according to standard cleaning protocols.

2. Limitation of Liability for Material Defects

While all articles are handled with the utmost care, the company is not responsible for discoloration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from non-apparent or inherent material defects. Such items are accepted for service strictly at the owner's risk.

3. Embellishments and Manufacturing Issues

The company shall incur no liability for damage, shrinkage, color bleeding, or general deterioration caused by the nature of the fabric, embellishments (fancy work), or pre-existing manufacturing defects.

4. Inspection and Notification

Articles are subject to a detailed professional inspection at our central processing unit. Any discrepancies regarding the condition of an item will be communicated via the provided contact number within five (5) days. If a response is not received within this period, the company's assessment shall be deemed final and binding.

5. Verification of Articles

Customers are required to inspect all garments and serviced articles at the time of collection or delivery. The company accepts no responsibility for missing items once they have left our premises.

6. Unclaimed Items

Any article not collected within six (6) months of the scheduled due date may be disposed of at the company's discretion without further notice.

7. Right of Refusal

The company reserves the right to decline or cancel a service order even after initial acceptance at a shop, outlet, or counter.

8. Loss or Damage Compensation

In the event of loss or irreparable damage, and as a gesture of goodwill, the company's liability is limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the individual cleaning charge for that specific garment.

9. Processing Methods

The company retains full discretion over the cleaning methods and processes used to achieve satisfactory results. No claims or disputes regarding the chosen process will be entertained after the service is completed.

10. Complaint Window

All complaints must be formally lodged within 48 hours of delivery if the customer accepts the items without prior verification at the outlet or counter.

11. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes or proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam.

12. Proof of Deposit

Articles will be released and delivered only upon the presentation of the original service receipt.
